Privacy: what is written down, and what is not
Discretion here is a practice rather than a promise, and the practice is to hold as little as possible. This page sets out precisely what that means.

What Delphine writes down
A first name, or whatever name you give her. The means by which you wrote, which is a WhatsApp or Telegram thread. The address of the booking, the date, the hour and the length. That is the whole of the day book entry, and it is what is needed to send the right companion to the right door at the right minute.
She does not ask what you do, who you are, why the evening is wanted or anything about your circumstances. If you volunteer something, it is not recorded. A preference that helps a future booking, a district you favour or a companion you have enjoyed, is kept only where you have asked for it to be.

How long anything is kept
Booking details are cleared in the ordinary course once an evening has passed and there is no reason to hold them. Threads are kept only as long as a conversation is live, and a guest may ask for a thread to be deleted at any time, which is done at once and without a discussion about it.
Nothing is kept for marketing. This house does not send messages to people who have not written first, does not build lists of past guests and does not pass any detail to any third party for any purpose.

Who sees it
Delphine, and the companion attending you, who is told the address, the hour and how you would like her to arrive. Nobody else in the house sees a booking, and no companion is given anything about you beyond what she needs in order to reach the right door.
Your name is never mentioned to a hotel, a restaurant or a venue, because this house never contacts one. Nor does it appear on a public page, in a review or in any message sent to anybody else.

Your side of it
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be deleted, and any of those can be done in the same thread you booked in. There is no form to fill in.
Write to the switchboard by whichever channel you prefer: WhatsApp and Telegram both reach the same desk. Nothing about a booking should ever be put into a message that is not one of those two.
One message is enough
Send the district and the hour
Write where you are and when you would like her. A name and an arrival window come back, and the evening is arranged from there.
Guests are 18+ without exception. A fee is for time and companionship only, and the whole tariff is on the rates page.
