Twelve presentations, each resting on a plain fact
Some guests write with a name already settled. Others write with a picture instead: auburn hair at the far end of a panelled bar, a woman tall enough to meet your eye across a drawing room, somebody past thirty who runs a difficult dinner so lightly that nobody at the table notices her doing it. The twelve presentations below exist for the second sort of message.
Each gathers only the women who genuinely share the detail it is named for. Those details come from the same notes printed on every page in the Salon: colouring as she wears it now, height in centimetres, build, and age. Nothing else decides who appears where, and every woman in every presentation is an adult of 18 or over.

Colouring, and how unevenly it falls
Brunettes take fifteen of the twenty eight, more than the other three colourings together, and the brown inside that one presentation travels the whole way from a sandy balayage down to espresso. Raven hair accounts for six, long in every case and straight in five. Blondes number four, no two of them at the same temperature. Auburn is the scarce one at three, and those three resemble one another very little.
03
Build, as a friend would put it rather than a tailor
Five presentations describe the frame and not one of them involves a tape measure. Curvaceous is the largest at ten, a generous and classical line carried without apology. Slender matches it at ten, long and narrow and the easiest shape in London to dress well. Statuesque sorts by height instead, opening at 172 cm and finishing at 178. Toned is five women whose shape came from rowing, swimming or ballet rather than from a subscription. Petite is seven, small framed and neatly put together.
04
Age, which describes a manner rather than a birthday
The early twenties is ten women who keep impossible diaries and have a question ready for absolutely everything. The late twenties is the broadest band at fourteen, the stretch in which an interest has generally hardened into a genuine expertise. The thirties is four women with the sort of composure that makes a difficult table look straightforward.
05
What a presentation never changes
The tariff. Every woman in the circle works from one ladder that opens at £250 for the hour, so choosing by colouring or by build alters whom you meet and nothing else whatsoever. The lengths are printed at rates and the gentlest way to begin is an evening at your address. Write to booking with a name if you have one and a description if you have not.
One message is enough
Send the district and the hour
Write where you are and when you would like her. A name and an arrival window come back, and the evening is arranged from there.
Guests are 18+ without exception. A fee is for time and companionship only, and the whole tariff is on the rates page.
