About Tiffany

Fine boned rather than small is the way to describe Tiffany, who stands 169 cm and carries a petite build with unusual grace. Her hair is a long chocolate brown, worn down and very well kept, and her eyes are brown and level. Her clothes are quiet and close cut, a slip dress under a jacket, low heels, and one thin chain. The overall effect is of somebody who has taken a great deal of trouble and would prefer you not to mention it.

Attention is her particular gift. Softly spoken English, her only language, and while you are talking she does not look at anything else in the room, which most people find slightly unnerving for a minute and then extremely pleasant. She is interested in spices and in the food of the subcontinent especially, and she can tell you what is in a dish after one mouthful with a success rate that is faintly irritating.

Her SW1 evening is dinner at Quilon on Buckingham Gate, a calm room a short walk from the park where the cooking is precise and the service never hurries anybody. She orders the whole table and explains none of it. Soho is home, twenty minutes north, and she comes down early. Arranging her evening

Tiffany would rather one long dinner than a short evening, so Delphine will usually suggest three hours upwards. The date and the address are all that is needed to begin.

An evening with Tiffany

She orders for the table and does not tell you what is coming, which is a small act of confidence that sets the tone for the whole evening. Tiffany eats slowly and thinks about what she is eating, and she will ask what you make of a dish before she offers her own verdict on it.

The attention is the thing people remember. She puts her phone away before she sits down and she does not look at the door once. By the second hour the conversation has gone somewhere quite private, and she is entirely discreet about all of it. Afterwards Birdcage Walk is her suggestion, dark park on one side, and the pace is slow. What happens at the end of the walk is your call alone.
